We have a delicious seasonal menu at the Virgins & Castle and our chefs have crafted the perfect dishes that are warming and comforting for winter.

We source fresh, local ingredients and prepare our menus from scratch in the kitchen.

We have a great selection of plant-based, vegetarian and gluten free dishes and of course our famous Sunday roast.

We're a dog-friendly pub and we have some great choices for children too.

To book your table at the oldest pub in Kenilworth call 01926 853 737

We've had some great free live music over Christmas and New Year and we're really excited to carry that on into January.

On Thursday 27th January we're very pleased to present Synergy Live Band playing at the Virgins & Castle from 9:00pm.

Synergy have got a great energy and are full of charisma which gets people singing and dancing and feeling good.

They play some fantastic Americano style songs, amazing Spanish guitar and covers on songs we all know.

Book your seats / space on the dance floor now as these guys are awesome.

As the oldest pub in Kenilworth we wanted to create a gin in keeping with the history of our wonderful town. So we thought it only right to name it after the year the pub dated back to when it was known as the Two Virgins Inn.

As a classic dry gin, our base is juniper and English coriander seeds. We have also used apples and pears to give some classic English garden character.

We have also introduced rose petals, roses being favourite flowers of Elizabeth I, for lightness and perfume and finish our unique blend with angelica root & cassia bark to create a light yet complex gin.

Throughout January our chefs will be creating a special dish to add to our famous Sunday roast menu.

Not only can choose from a tender Roast Beef, a whole Chicken for two to share or a delicious Vegetable Wellington, but we'll also have a special new and different dish each Sunday..

All served with Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding, Green
Vegetables, Root Vegetable Purée & Gravy.

You can check out the menu and book your table this Sunday for an indulgent end to the weekend.
